1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using APQR services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use APQR for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Service Description

APQR provides digital menu creation and management services for restaurants. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall APQR or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on APQR.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
